The hotel is clean, has views of the mountains and airport. It offers an unbeatable location and has efficient staff. Bobby G's, where you can eat lunch, is relatively near the property, enjoyed this place.

Came in Richmond to relax and have fun, this hip new hotel was excellent base for doing it. Its location was handy, near Skytrain/Airport as well as Sky train station.

The room is fairly priced. The location is superior, outside on the grassed area.

The breakfasts were complementary and savoury with a Starbucks in the casino and all the staff was top-class. The pool area was excellent and the location was perfectly comfortable and superior, really close

A nice size and well-equipped unit with 2 beds.

The location was perfect and nice, if you need to be next to a tower and a theater. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles. The staff were top-class, caring.

Handy and perfectly comfortable location, right at the train station if needed. 10 minutes walk from central Richmond. A nice size and well furnished units with ac and caring staff.

Upgrade to suite, comfortable beds, great WIFI, keycard power control, helpful staff. Isaac, Front Desk Agent, went above and beyond to solve a problem, empathetic and professional. Felix Columbe at the front desk provided exceptional service during a challenging check-in. A lovely 

The staff are caring and top-class, everyone. The location of hotel is perfect and convenient for exploring a tower and a theatre next to the venue. It's less than a 5-minute walk from Bridgeport metro station.  

Brilliant food and warm drinks. Delightful units with a King-sized bed, a Nespresso coffee maker, nice touches like a Nespresso coffee maker. Unbeatable location; pleasant and welcoming staff.

The place was fairly clean and staff was attentive and respectful. The room was delightful and breathtaking with an incredible view of the mountains and airport. The hotel had an amazing restaurant for lunch.
